Order a repeat prescription
DO NOT use the main number to order your repeat prescription.
Use patient access or email dg.charlottestreetmp@nhs.scot or telephone the dedicated prescription line.
The prescription line is very busy so please allow at least 2 working days for us to process your request.
The easiest and quickest way for both you and the practice is to order your prescription's using patient access. It is connected to your prescribing record, we can process it much more quickly than telephone requests. Please ask the reception team about signing up for patient access.
